Field notes from building, leading, learning and changing my mind.

Field notes, not a content machine.

I have been writing online long enough for old posts to become part of the story. I keep them because they show the path: software, cloud, mobile, AI, systems, performance — and all the iterations in between.

The archive stays

Old technology. Real history.

I am not deleting the Silverlight, SharePoint, Xamarin, Sitecore or early Azure posts just because the stack moved on. They are evidence of the same pattern that still drives the work today: learn the system, build something, document what mattered.

What belongs here

Only things worth remembering.

01

Build notes.

Things I learned while making products, apps, systems and experiments.

02

Point of view.

Opinions earned by doing the work, not reactions manufactured for a feed.

03

Performance logs.

When data, training or an experiment changes how I think or act.

04

Things that aged well.

And sometimes things that did not. Both are useful when the archive is honest.

Publishing rule

Write after the scar tissue.

I would rather publish less and have something real to say than keep a content calendar alive for its own sake.
